This policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse, place an order, request support, submit a grievance, apply to become an agent or exercise a legal right.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, contact details, billing and delivery address, order details, support or grievance correspondence, requested resolution, device and security logs, and payment status. Grievance submissions receive a reference number and are stored as restricted administrative records for investigation and follow-up. Payment credentials are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout; we do not ask customers to send full card details or UPI PINs.
Agent applications and stores
For agent applicants we collect the name, proposed store name, email, mobile number, city, state and business plan submitted through the application form. The public form must not be used to send PAN, Aadhaar, bank details or identity-document images. If an application passes initial review, additional KYC, agreement and settlement information may be requested through a controlled channel and accessed only by authorised personnel and service providers with a legitimate operational or legal need.
Approved storefronts may publicly display the agent store name and selected MANOHIT catalog. Orders placed through an agent storefront record the referring store for attribution and commission accounting. MANOHIT remains the merchant of record and controls payment, invoice, fulfilment, cancellation, returns, refunds and customer support.
Why we use it
We use information to process and deliver orders, provide support, handle returns and refunds, issue invoices, prevent fraud, secure the website, comply with law and keep necessary business records.
Sharing
Information may be shared only as needed with payment providers, delivery partners, hosting and email providers, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, and vendors acting under appropriate instructions.
Retention and security
We retain information only for operational, tax, accounting, dispute and legal requirements. We use access controls, encryption in transit, logging, backups and restricted administrator privileges, but no online system is risk-free.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, withdraw optional marketing consent, or raise a privacy concern by contacting manohitteshnimspvtltd@gmail.com. Some records must be retained where law requires.
