Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
Cancellation before dispatch
Request cancellation through the Contact page as soon as possible. If fulfilment has not begun, we will normally cancel the order and initiate a refund to the original payment method. If the order has shipped, the return rules below apply.
Return eligibility
Subject to applicable law and product-specific hygiene restrictions disclosed before purchase, a return may be requested within 7 days of delivery for an incorrect, damaged, defective or materially misdescribed product. Items must be unused, with original packaging, accessories and labels, unless examination was reasonably necessary or the item arrived damaged.
Opened cosmetics, personal-care products and other hygiene-sensitive goods may be non-returnable for change-of-mind reasons where lawful, but remedies remain available for defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
How to request
Email manohitteshnimspvtltd@gmail.com with your order number, reason and clear photographs where relevant. Do not return an item before receiving return instructions. Approved returns must be sent to: C-25, Office No. 402, Old No. 14, Guru Nanak Pura, Gali No. 5, Lakshmi Nagar, New Delhi, East Delhi, Delhi 110092.
Refund timing
After inspection and approval, we aim to initiate the refund within 7 business days to the original payment method. The payment provider or bank may require additional time to credit the amount. We will not request a UPI PIN or one-time password to process a refund.
Shipping charges
Where the return is caused by our error or a defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed item, reasonable return-shipping arrangements will be provided. Other cases are handled as disclosed before the return is authorised and as required by law.
