Agent Program Terms
These Agent Program Terms govern applications, approval, storefront access, wholesale ordering and commission eligibility in the MANOHIT agent network. They supplement the website Terms and Conditions and do not by themselves approve any applicant.
Application and verification
Applicants must provide accurate information and complete the KYC, screening and written agreement process requested by MANOHIT TESHNI MEDIA SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. A store remains private until the Company marks the application, KYC and agent agreement as approved. The Company may reject, suspend or terminate access for incomplete, inconsistent, misleading or unlawful information.
Store model
An approved agent may select products only from the controlled MANOHIT catalog and receive an attributed storefront link. The agent is a referral and sales-support partner, not the legal seller or merchant of record for orders placed on this website. Product publication, final pricing, payment, invoice, stock confirmation, fulfilment, cancellation, returns, refunds and customer grievances remain controlled by MANOHIT TESHNI MEDIA SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.
Prohibited conduct
An agent must not upload or advertise unapproved products; alter product or policy claims; promise guaranteed results; collect website-order payments into a personal bank account, wallet or UPI address; request a customer’s UPI PIN, card PIN or OTP; misuse customer data; impersonate the Company; or promote astrology, gambling, betting, lending, cash advances, crypto, wallet loading or other prohibited categories through the MANOHIT store.
Commission
The approved commission rate is recorded in the agent account or written agreement. A commission is provisional until the corresponding order is paid, fulfilled and has passed cancellation, return, refund, chargeback and fraud checks. Cancelled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent or self-dealing orders do not earn commission. Settlement timing, tax deduction, invoice requirements and bank-account verification must follow the written agreement and applicable law.
Wholesale orders
Approved agents may access wholesale prices only for products with a positive recorded platform margin and the displayed minimum order quantity. Products marked “Quote required” are not available for automatic wholesale checkout. A wholesale purchase is a separate sale from the Company to the agent and does not authorise the agent to collect customer payments through this website.
Intellectual property and marketing
Agents may use only the current product content and approved campaign materials made available through the platform and only for the duration of approval. No ownership of the MANOHIT name, supplier brands, images, catalog data or other intellectual property is transferred.
Suspension and termination
The Company may suspend a store, hold a disputed commission or terminate access when necessary for compliance, customer protection, fraud prevention, supplier restrictions, PSP requirements or breach of these terms. Obligations relating to confidential information, customer data, unsettled orders and disputes survive termination.
