These terms govern purchases from the website operated by MANOHIT TESHNI MEDIA SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this website.
Products and pricing
Products, descriptions, availability and prices are shown in INR. We may correct genuine listing or pricing errors before dispatch and will offer cancellation and a full refund if an accepted order cannot be fulfilled at the displayed terms.
Orders
An order acknowledgement does not by itself guarantee dispatch. An order is accepted when we issue an order confirmation or dispatch notice. We may cancel orders affected by stock errors, fraud screening, payment failure, legal restrictions or an incorrect delivery address.
Payments
Payments must be made through payment methods displayed at checkout. Never share a UPI PIN, card PIN or one-time password with our staff. Refunds, when approved, are initiated to the original payment method unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds

Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact and delivery information, use the site lawfully, and not attempt fraudulent transactions, card testing, scraping, interference or unauthorised access.
Agent storefronts
Some product selections may be presented through an approved MANOHIT agent storefront. The agent curates links to products from the controlled MANOHIT catalog but does not become the legal seller or merchant of record for an order placed on this website. MANOHIT TESHNI MEDIA SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED controls the product listing, final price, payment, invoice, fulfilment, cancellation, returns, refunds and customer grievance process. A customer must not make payment to an agent’s personal bank account, wallet or UPI address for an order represented as a website order.
The separate Agent Program Terms apply to applications, store operation, wholesale access and commission eligibility.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with lawful jurisdiction over the Company’s registered office will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer dispute-resolution rights.
